How about the ability to choose whatever game resolution you want? So the game could be running at a certain resolution while your system may be at another?

Add xFIP, HR/FB%, and xwOBA.

Better Contract Negotiations. It'd be nice to go to an agent/player and basically say "hey, I want to buy out your Arb. years, how much you want?" or "I'm looking for a backup, are you interested?" etc.

In my Rockies save I've ran into both situations and it's annoying to sit there and keep offering a new deal with higher salary, have the player come back with a 1 year deal or with starter promised, have to set it all up again and increase the money. Then he comes back again with the same starter/1 year deal with increased money and it goes on and on. Being able to, like in FM, lock part of the contract as non-negotiable would be awesome.

Being able to set an organizational depth chart would be nice. Mostly as a way to signal your intentions for a prospect. If I draft a SS but see him as a long term 3b, I could put him there and basically tell the AI "when possible use him at 3b instead of SS."

Quality Mins/Maxs in League Creation

I'd like the ability to specify the bbqual min/max when setting the Region for a newly created league. So I can choose a Region for my league (say Europe) and then specify that the player pool should only be players from countries of baseball quality 3+. Or, alternatively, that I only want players from countries with quality 2-.

When setting an individual player strategy, start me off with my team's sliders. I hate it that when I want to change one guy's stealing tendencies I have to redo ALL of his other sliders to match the team strategy.

I think that could be more of a system thing, at least the way OOTP operates. I think for example than increasing font size in your system does increase font size in OOTP. Honestly I’d also prefer if you could set it to run in maximized mode and then manually set the resolution too the way you can with “standard” arcade games.

I’ve always wondered about this tbh and would love if a dev would chime in… are individual player modifiers based off of team wide ones, or are they completely unlocked from that? Like, if you set your team to steal 20% more often and then you override for one player to steal 20% more, is that 20% more than the existing 20%, or is it just the same rate because the slider is in the same position?

I can see the logic for both (I’d kind of prefer the former tbh) but I still have no idea…

A players strategy is set between the team strategy and his own individual strategy IF you have the "Adjust to Team" setting enabled. If you have the "override team strategy" setting enabled, the player will behave in the manner exactly prescribed in his individual strategy modifiers.

Hope that makes sense.

I'm a bit confused that we have this thread when we have a suggestions forum now, but I'll post here what I put in that forum

So what does this sentence mean: Team Coaching Staff is in control of strategy settings.

Does that mean the overall team-level strategy as well as individual player strategies? Or only player strategies? Because I'm still able to adjust Overall Strategy without limitation.

When shopping a player or putting them on trade block being able to filter which league, divisions or teams you want to deal with. If you don't want to trade within your division or rival

How about the ability to choose the colour of batting helmets teams are wearing? Nothing worse than seeing a team in green uniforms wearing purple helmets. LOL!

You can change it by going into the hat section of the uniform editor and changing the color of hat and stripes sections of either home or away. It won't change your hat if you are using a custom hat but it will change batting helmets and catcher gear colors.
