The Cuban Winter League is now accepting applications. If you are interested, fill out the requested info at the league's message board:

I have started designing the MLB Player Pool Page. This page will list some of MLB's top players whose negotiating rights may be acquired by Cuban League Teams.

I should be announcing the league owners by this Sunday. Get your applications in if you would like to be considered for this league.
