I think the rule is flawed there. The Padres shouldn't possibly win the game, after is was over, because of something that had nothing to do with the play. Instead the player in question should be ejected and suspended from the next game.

The worst part of Marty-Ball; it is always going to take the conservative route. I rarely listen to John Madden, but I think a more aggressive approach (at least one shot for something) might have better served the Chargers. Poor Nate Kaeding, that wasn't a chip shot by any means especially in a pressure situation. The crowd may boo him but his coach didn't do him any favors on that one.

The Bolts had some serious momentum heading into OT but they are letting it slip away...
