For FastLane...
FL, for the Boston logo, could you lose the B and just have the shamrock in the middle? Also, for the Miami logo, could you lose the M and make the image more conspicuous? I just want to see what they would look like with these changes. Thanks, keep up the great work!
Cheers, dcc

DCC...
Made the revision to pull the M out of the logo and drop the Padres plate back in with full opacity. Personally, I think it totally loses something without the M. Its about as boring as it can possibly be, to me. But that's just my design sensiblilites working. However, if it works for you and you are happy with that result, then I'm good to go.

Then again...
I came up with a third idea...one that kind of compromises the two versions.
See what you think of it. (I think it turns out to be the better looking of the three.) But again, your opinion may differ. If you wind up coming up with a different suggestion to whats been posted here, please let me know.

I really like the clarity of the second one...the color contrast...the dark blue background...and the beige/taupe color base outline...but I miss the "M" which was very well done.
Both of them are fine logos. |

The third one is brilliant...you posted it while I was commenting on the first two.

Thanks, EC.
I thought the third one really was the better of three that I had done. It still isn't as perfect as I'd like it to be. I think I need to thicken the ring a little to be able to resize the text up to make the letters "pop" a bit more.
Might try that in a few....

Those are some of the best ones to date. I agree, the third one is my favorite and will probably make the cut. I really like how the M mimics the appearance of waves, ingenious FL! Thanks so much for all your hard work and effort!
Cheers, dcc
