Is there a way to turn off....

this setting: For example, If I wanted to put David Ortiz on my AAA team, he declines it, and goes on the designated for assignment list. is there an option to turn this OFF? thanks alot!

The only way to disable the "refuse assignment to the minors" ability is to turn off Minor League Option Years.

There's no way to turn off the DFA list, though, if that was the question.
