OOTP6 won't load

Hey,

I just came home for Winter break from school, and I went to download OOTP6 on my home PC and use my License to have it here, too. I'm on WindowsXP Home Edition. I downloaded the ootp6setup.exe and installed it. But when I click on the desktop icon or try and run it from my Start Menu, nothing happens. Absolutely nothing.

Any idea what I'm doing wrong?

In XP: Control Panel>Admin Tools>Services. Make sure LicCtrl is enabled.
