I will leave this forum if Danny Williams beats Klitchko!!!!!!!!!

Here's a little wager. As everyone knows I despise Danny Williams and do not believe he has a chance in the world of beating Klitchko. I also know that some people on this forum have asked me to leave and never come back. Well I have found a solution. I have decided that if Danny Williams wins I will agree to leave this forum forever and never comeback. I am so convinced that Williams will lose that in my mind this is a safe bet. I am agreeing to this and everyone can hold me to it. Andreas lock me out if Williams wins. You have my permission. Remember where you heard it first. And of course Go Klitchko. Looks like Badguy will be cheering for Williams. Gotta love this sport!!!

You don't have to do that, TysonFan. I'll admit, I was one of the people who voted for you to go. But that was mainly because of your foolish, over the top comments about Evander Holyfield. Since then, you have made some posts that were quite good. I don't believe you should go. Just stick to being rational in your posts.

What Childish Comments to make.
As for you hating Williams, again very silly remark to make as you don't even know the guy.

It matters not to us one way or another if you stay or go, i am sure we can learn to live without you.

Please note this does not mean i personally want to see you leave.

Despise Williams?

Why do you 'Despise' Williams, what has he done that is so bad, from what I've seen he seems very understated, okay he's not the best and he probably doesn't deserve a shot at the title, but good luck to him.

I had just mentally removed the “Prince of twits” crown from your brow Tysonfan – congratulations on your re-coronation.
<O</O

This is kind of nonsensical. Stay or go, I don’t really care one way or the other either. And by the way, I suspect that was you that signed-on last week as the brilliantly eloquent but short-lived “Thebadderguy” - Thanks again, that really added to the ambiance around here.

You really place WAY too much importance on yourself...frankly, you're quite irrelevant.

Tysonfan - Personally, I think you have become much more useful within TBCB boards of late .......The more reasonable, thought provoking (again, "reasonalble") activity on these boards the better -

There's another reason for wanting Williams to win then....

I agree with the person earlier, you seem to see yourself as a very significant person, as if your views are the most important, when to be honest, most of the things you come out with are things you'd hear in the school playground.

I hope Williams wins. Not because I have anything against Tysonfan, but because I always enjoy seeing someone hoisted by their own petard

Don't care if you stay or go, I just wish either way you'll stop using exclaimation marks. You don't need ten of them in your subject title or at the end of a sentance.

No one should ever put a true blue boxing fan through this.

I have been struggling against the evil urges of taking up a collection and paying Klitchko to take a dive!

To address a few things and concerns expressed in this post. First, the reason why I said I despise Danny Williams is because, obviously, he beat my favorite fighter and embarassed him. Not only that but he has severely overstated the importance of that win making it even tougher to swallow for Tyson fans(or at least myself). I am not talking about the guy on a personal level so please dont take it like that. Obviously, I dont know Danny Williams personally so I cant comment on him like that.

Secondly, this wager was meant to higher the stakes for the fight this weekend for those who dislike me on this forum. Again, the level of hostility over a simple post is disturbing. And to those who feel I over estimated my importance, to some on here my removal was very important. I was playing to those people. I mean for anyone to actually vote for my removal over some opinions shows that I must be disliked by some. I was simply trying to make a deal with those people that would either show I am truly a no nothing idiot who is underestimating a good solid contender or that I know what I am talking about when I say Danny Williams is not a worthy contender.

And third, Conn, and anyone else who shares beliefs similar to his, I was not Badder Guy. Some have come out and said this. It is simply not true and I do not appreciate those of you trying to mis-lead others. I believe that if you look at my post I always had a point to them. Even though it may have been an upsetting one to some, there was always a point to them. That guy was just a jerk. Do remember he called me out in several of them. And Conn, if you want to make a statement like that where you accuse me of something that severe, PM me and dont make this a forum issue on a post that has nothing to do with that.

Well I hope I addressed some of the issues and of course that Klitchko wins and I can stay on and gloat on Sunday. If he doesnt I am a man of my word and this whole discussion is moot and I will be gone. Good Day Gentlemen(and ladies).

Tysonfan....I think you have come around well - Here is to hoping others on here will catch you a break....

For myself, I feel the more useful / fun / well meaning humor placed on these boxing boards the better -

At times I find many of the boxing boards rather stale - I am glad we seem to have a very devoted crew that are regulars here -

Everyone should just enjouy the fight. I actually believe Williams has a great chance of an upset. He has a 20 pound advantage for starters and thats exactly the amount i put on Williams at the bookies.

Williams KO 9

All we ask is that you stop rabbiting on trying to cause controversy, because when you do try to do that you are falling flat on your bottom I think the general point is that you see yourself as a more important and interesting figure than everyone else and you have some strange views on boxing. Having said that, it's a public forum and opinions will conflict. What would we have to talk about if we all agreed eh?

Back to the fight! I'm really looking forward to it now. Here in the UK we have a PPV package which starts at 10pm over here (our time) and we have fights all through the night and early hours. As well as the main event which is normally around 4 or 5am in the morning, we have some British fighters in the ring such as Ricky Hatton vs Ray Oliveira, and then obviously the undercard with Cotto and Hernandez fighting.

I'm going to stock up on food and drinks for the night because it's damn hard to stay awake until 6am. I managed to stay awake for the whole of the Hopkins/De La Hoya PPV which finished at about 5:30am so I'm feeling confident.

First; I assume you wished to "raise" the stakes rather than "higher" the stakes. Second; as has been mentioned earlier, you over estimate your value.

If you want to prove that you know what you are talking about, I would suggest that you select another topic. This one is a bit like shooting fish in a bucket.

Here is the crux of your problem and the reason you generate disdain. Your only point in making this post was to hopefully give yourself something to "gloat" about. Furthermore, the issue you have selected to prove your worth is a bit like betting on Miami in a Miami - Morehead State college football game in that the outcome, save something unforseen, is obvious to the most casual of observers. So, the hook that you are hanging your hat on isn't even a particularly interesting one. It simply happened to be what popped into your little head as you were calculating how you could next exhibit your tiresome boorish behavior.

But I do have to admit TysonFan that it will be funny if Klitchko wins. It will be lots of giggles for all to see you swagger in and "gloat" about making a relatively easy call and "rubbing it in the faces" of all those who agreed Klitchko was likely to win.

You've set yourself up to look like a moron or to go into some wierd state of self-imposed exile. Nice job buddy. Perhaps you are good entertainment after all.

Conn

What disturbs me is the amount of animous you seem to have toward me and my opinions. I made this thread for those who would want to take part in a little wager. I have agreed that some times I go over the top with my views. No questions. However that is just my emotion taking over. Can you say that you have never had your emotion take over on an issue. This wager was made in fun and to give those who want to see me gone a chance to possibly get it.

And of course I am going to pick a fight that has a pretty easy to call outcome. I enjoy myself on these forums and would prefer not to leave them. However, because of my strong allegiance to Mike Tyson, as a fan I have made this committment. It was made to demonstrate how strongly I feel on this issue.

What disturbs me is how personal your attacks are on me for just simply starting a thread you disagree. If you truly dont care about my opinion why do you spend a half a page or more dissecting them. To me, that says it all. If you truly dont enjoy discussing things with me, dont. And if you do then please dont act like you dont. And as for the PM's, I will PM if it is neccessary. Thats what the tool is for. To air personaly problems and personal discussions. I have never, ever personally attacked a person on the offensive. I have in fact lashed out in defense of myself. Yes, on could say I have attacked various boxers, but never a member. I dont think that has any place on this forum. And please sir do not personally attack me for no reason and make libelous statements against me.

Please keep it to my opinions, as they are what you know me by. You do not know me personally as do I you. And therefore you do not have the right to say anything about me personally. If this continues I will, and I am saying this publicly and on the record, attempt to see that the administrators on this board see to it that it stops as I would expect if I were engaging in this type of unneccesary behavior. I hope I have made my position clear.
