Negotiations
Just in the final stages of negotiations. No sense having everything over the message board. Before a deal is done the terms of the deal need to be public as a minimum of 3 GM's have the combined right to veto the deal before the transaction takes place. Also, when a deal gets a bit stalled between two GM's, this opens the door for possible 3 and 4 team complicated deals to happen.
