I'm considering a major pc upgrade and am looking at new video cards for a replacement for my ancient, no-longer-supported-by-the-manufacturer Voodoo 3 video card.
Are there any known issues/problems with OOTP4 and specific video cards? Despite the age of my pc and card the game runs perfectly now, so I don't want to bring on any unecessary problems with an upgrade. Specifically I'm considering a generic GeForce card (maybe the MX400) or the ATI All In Wonder 7500. Thanks.

Go with a GeForce 2 MX400 if you're looking for a quality card at a great, dirt-cheap price. I use one and it handles everything perfectly. From OOTP 2D-graphics to the high-end 3D games like Medal of Honor.
However, the GeForce 3 cards are really affordable these days too. If I was buying a card right now, I'd buy a GeForce 3 card. Sounds like you're on the right track.

Running the game with a Visiontek GeForce 3 Ti200 with no problems at all. Got it at Best Buy for $149. If you shop online hard enough you can probably find it cheaper.

Value wise, go with what Daz suggested. You can OC a Geforce3 ti 200 to the same speed as a 500.
Whatever you do, avoid the GeForce4 MX. Or you can be an addict like me and buy the GeForce4 ti 4600.

I have an ATI Radeon 8500 and have no problem running anything. Price is a little high.

Avoid the MX series of Geforce cards...they are pretty weak if you want to run 3D games. A geforce2 GTS or a newer(gf3 or gf4) Ti series cards are good options.

I have a PNY GeForce Ti4400 (the $300 model) and it works like a charm. No issues with any games and nearly doubled all my framerates over a GeForce 3 Ti200.

I have a GF 3 Ti500. Great card at its stock speed but I can't seem to OC it without it becoming unstable. I'd say as mentioned above, the GF 3 Ti200 is a great choice. The GF 3 line is affordable now and support many of the directx 8 features in hardware which the GF 4 mx line does not. Avoid these cards, if you go with a GF 4 card you should only buy the Ti line. Thats if you can afford it.
