Is Mary Ellen Girard still at ViaTech?

I've always gotten amazingly prompt responses to my emails I've sent her in the past, but I'm going on over 48 hours now since I wrote support@elicense.com.

I lost my HDD a few days ago, and had to install a new one. I can't find for the life of me where I put my order ID that I printed, and the only other record was on the old HDD.

I don't want a license reset; I just need my order ID. I supplied them with the majority of my CC number (for security reasons), the expiration date, and my name and address. I'm in 4 leagues right now, and am dead in the water until I get the ID number.

Anybody know if Mary Ellen still works there, or am I at the mercy of someone who doesn't care as much as she did?

*sigh*

I believe so(hope so) I just had to email her about an hour ago about an issue.

Just as an aside, did you have a different email address than the general support address? If not, I'll resend my email on the off-chance that it wasn't received.

If you do have a different address, I'll just wait until Monday to see if she responds...
