New Computer Issue

Just got a brand new computer and installed OOTP6 on it.

The issue I am having is with the colors and the backgrounds. When I start up the game the two side bars are all red. There is no sub-color where the words are. Then when I get into the game, the drop down menus also have no background color so the words blend together.

Nevermind. Just disable 3D and it works.
