Possible Bug After Bean Ball Brawl

In my latest league in the first two games of the year my pitcher has beaned an opposing player. Both times the players charged the mound. After the smoke cleared, the pitcher and batter were both ejected. The problem is that each time when I replaced my pitcher, the relief pitcher I put in showed up not only on the mound but at first base (in place of the opposing player that was beaned). Not sure if this has been brought up before or not. I am using the latest patched version.

While I'm happy to report that the "relief pitcher also pinch-running" bug has been fixed as advertised (yay!

), there's still a bit of a problem with this play: The ejections are not recorded anywhere, not in the Game Notes section of the box score, nor in the Game Log.
