CIBA Looking To Fill Up

The Classic Internet Baseball Association is a historical league beginning in 1970 and while we have filled a lot of teams "In house" from my other leagues, there are still some teams open.

Set in 1970 we use the real players and teams, financials are:
40 man roster enabled
Waivers and DFA enabled
Minor League option years enabled
Rule 5 disabled
Arbitration disabled
Minor league FA's disabled
No Salary cap at this time
Also, No DH

We are using OOTP6 with 6.11 installed, and we offer some great owners thus far. Most of the owners were taken from the CIBL and NTBL to this point. There are 2 commissioners to run sims and update the site as well, so missed sims shouldn't occur. The other commissioner created the file in 1962 and simmed all the way to 1970 making all actual transactions as they occured in real life to give as close to accurate rosters as possible.

The teams open are:

Padres
Angels
Indians
Pirates
Phillies
White Sox
Royals
Expos
Cardinals
Braves

WhiteSox are taken only Braves and Royals left. If you enjoy historic dont miss out. Lots of experienced owners and commish make for a very stable league. Check out the site and the two remaining teams. http://ciba.classic-baseball.us/index.php

I sent a message to the Commish over a week ago with interst in the Braves; never got a reply. I sent another message today indicating I'll take the Royals.

I'm a long time member of the Cooperstown Diamond Legends, league that has simmed over 30 seaons. Have owned the CDL Detroit Tigers for well over 20 of those. In fact, your Astros owner is a member there.
