OOTP Freezes up on me when Im trying to upload

Everything else works, just when I start to upload the game freezes up on me. I dont have the slightest clue why. Someone out there should be able to tell me whats wrong. Thanks a lot.

Has to be either your internet settings, league settings or your ISP or host.

I was thinking the host is having troubles or something, but all my internet stuff, ftp stuff, and everything is alright as far as I know. Generate the reports, good to go, then about 30 seconds later after I start uploading it freezes up and doesnt respond.

Well, it did that to me. But I just waited it out, and realized that is was uploading, just the bar wasn't increasing until it was completely done.

Nah, it quits responding, I cant even bring it up after it freezes, I havent had ootp freeze while uploading until now that I can remember.

Are you using the game to upload your league files? If so DON'T it is VERY slow. Use a stand alone FTP program and it will go much faster.

what FTP program do you reccommend, thats easy to use.. and if it wouldnt be a problem could you tell me how to use it to upload?

Just go to http://www.downloads.com and do a search for ftp. I use one that isn't free to d/l but many are and it depends on your host or ISP as to how to set it up so you may need to check w/ them.

Ive uploaded on this internet service many times before.. i think its either netfirms being gay, or something with my game.. hopefully its just netfirms being gay.
