All my OOTP Versions are not working anymore

Hi everybody,

any help with the following problem is appreciated!!

All my OOTP-Versions (4,5,6) don´t run. I can´t start them.
And I really don´t know why.

1st things 1st:
My Machine:
XP pro
2.4 GhZ
1 GB Ram
120 GB HDD (about 13 GB free space on the partition where the games are installed)
Video: ATI Radeon 9700

ALL other programs/games are working properly!

A little summary of what I did to get those games working again:
1. realized OOTP 6 did not start.
2. checked the taskmgr. Nothing
3. tried to start OOTP again => ootp6.exe was appearing in the process list for about half a second and then it was gone again. Same was not the case in "currently running apllications" window of the tskmgr. No OOTP-Application was shown.
4. screamed at the monitor, crushed a keyboard

5. uninstalled V6. Installed it again. Same problem. Tried to install it to a different location. Same problem.
So tried to start Version 5. Didn´t work either.
6.So I thought: "Hey those are the only games you use, which need eLicense" So I checked the ELicense folder in the control panel => nothing in there!!! Not one of my licenses was listed.... Corrupted??
7. Thinking of what I did between the working version of ootp and the current status: a) I moved to a new appartement, so the PC had no power for quite some time. Which should not be the problem. b) Installed Doom3 and the newest direct X driver. Which was a fault cause the game sucks.....

8. Could the installation of Doom 3 have corrupted my eLicense folder?
9. Donwloaded eLicense uninstall-Tool. Executed it.
10. uninstalled ootp6 again. Re-installed it.
11. Guess what: Same problem. He doesn´t even start with the registration.
12. Then I did a Repair Installation of XP. (Didn´t want to loose data, so I didn´t format my system partition.)
13. Tried to start ootp. Nothing.
14. I´m asking you guys to help me. I´m running out of ideas......

In XP: Control Panel>Admin Tools>Services. Make sure LicCtrl is enabled.
