Banner needed US/CANADA

I'm doing a 30 team league that has a American and Canadian league.

The name of the league is America Versus Canada Baseball League (AVCBL)

Banner requests:

"America Versus Canada" across the middle, try to put maybe the American side of the banner in red/white/blue and the Canadian side in red/white if that makes sense?

On the bottom I'd like "AVCBL" in nice big letters.

Maybe stick Roy Halladay and Pedro Martinez on their respective sides too? I;m not picky.. just trying to give what Id like if ANY of this makes sense

700 by 150 size.. thanks

Actually, Can you add a simple html color CC0000 somewhat thick border around the image?

Try HTML Color e5e5e5 border too, so i can pick which I like better. (if its not a big task)
