United Baseball Federation (UBF) looking for one

The UBF, formed in 1995 at a point when there was still no official word on whether the MLB would re-group after the strike. Twenty businessmen from across the nation created a replacement league while the MLB season was in limbo.

The UBF is a great OOTP 6 fictional league just starting its second season. We currently have one opening -- the Providence Profiteer$ . Providence finished 67-95 in our first season, so they need a little help. They do have the #3 ranked minor league system, so help should be on the way!

We have a great bunch of active owners and interesting personalities covering the league through UBF Uncovered. So check out the league and rules -- if interested, email me at jason.dettbarn@gmail.com, with a little info about yourself (online league experience, current leagues, etc.)

This is a great league guys. Unfortunately, I was the one who had to drop down as GM of Providence, as I haven't been able to play OOTP for the past month.

Providence is a complete pitchers park and has 2 5.0 star prospects in the minors, and another 4.0 star prospect pitcher. Scott Vinyals is a 20 year old stud in the making, as he throws 98-100 mph. Paul Gagnon, the other 5 star pitcher, is just 18 years old as well. This team will be a force in 2-3 years.

Seriously, we were sad to see Akrobat go... this is a great opportunity to join a solid league though, so get with it!
