I am looking to join a new ootp5 league

a league that is using rosters from 1980 to 2004 rosters or Fictional rosters.

can be using a salary cap and DH's

with 30 teams(or more) or with plans of expansion

We only have 16 teams, but we do use fictional players and are brand new. I do run another league already http://www.insideheat.com

The Time Travel League has several immediate openings. We use real players and are currently in 1989 pre-season draft. The twist to our league is that we also add 5 to 10 Old Timers to each Rookie Draft. Hence our league name of Time Travel Baseball League.
