Hall of Fame?!

Okay...I have just entered the ninth year of my league and the legendary Lonny Jones, a man who owns pratically every pitching record possible and who had pitching ratings the likes of which I've never seen...is on a major decline. I know that retirement is not far off and I am postitive that this guy will make the Hall of Fame. The question I have is whether or not Lonny will be entering as a Yankee (the team I own)...he has pitched for about three different teams, but achieved his major records with the Yankees..his contract is up and if I do not resign him and some other team does...will he still retire and subsequently enter the hall as a Yankee or as a member of the team he finished his career with? thanks

I may be wrong, but I don't think a player enters with any certain team.

The players just enter as players. What team they played on doesn't matter.

You could always edit his player history file and make it say "entered Hall of Fame as a New York Yankee".

I would do that but im playing challenge mode. They should look into players going into the HOF with teams for OOTP5.

You edit the history file(which is a test file) outside of the game so that would be ok.

Look where the picture of the player would be, and turn it off, if it isn't already, it should say "pnumberhere.bmp", the number is the player number.
