They've gotta start making Clemens throw some pitches. The 1st was ok, but 6 pitches or whatever that was in the 2nd isn't going to cut it.

At this point, pitching to Beltran is suicide.

Plunking him in the ribs would be smarter. Poor sportsmanship, but smarter.

I totally agree about taking some pitches. Clemens went 123 in the first but it took him 16 pitches to do it. The Cards need to take some pitches to get Roger out in the 5th or 6th.
