Player Tracker
Without a manual, I am not entirely certain what the Player Tracker's functional use is. The basic question is, once a player is on the player tracker, what happens? Do I get notices if that player is placed on waivers or the trading block?
Or is it just a "reminders" area for you to use however you see fit? |

Thanks for the reply. It'd be nice to add something like this. Some way to have the game notify you under certain conditions to stop the simulation.
If a player on your tracker is put on waivers or trade block would be one thing. If a player who met certain criteria was placed on waivers or trading block would be another. Like using the "search by ratings" interface to set criteria for stopping the sim. |

It sure would be nice. To be able to scout the league, come up with a list of guys you want to try and acquire at some point, and add them to a list....then get an email when something happenes whether waivers, released or placed on the trade block...would be absolutely amazing. I think it would add an entire level of fun to this game.

I'm sure I speak for all CM/FM players when I say - Shortlists rule! Whene you have a player on your shortlist then you get news messages on that player when he is unhappy or if another team is interested in him. Would be nice to get more emails in OOTP.

Also, to look at it from the other side it's nice to know if other teams are interested or tracking any of your guys. If you have a player you are debating trading, or even one you are sure you want to trade, knowing what teams are actually interested and have scouted the player is really nice. Even something as simple filtering the list of teams to only those whose "weaknesses" include a certain position (when selecting the receiving team in the trade UI) would help out in the short term. This sounds like a good one to add to the V7 wishlist section.
