Another problem...

Lots of problems with OOTP6 for some reason... anyway, I simmed the first game of the season, and now I can't sim anything. It gets an error and closes (the sorry for your inconvience blah blah blah error for OOTP6.exe)

Can't figure out how to get around this, any ideas?

Can you give us more details about your system, what exactly you have done and are trying to do when this happens?

They are going to need more details........Ram, Video card, sound on?, any other programs running, what are thee game settings (browser)?

Sorry guys kinda busy with stuff and trying to fix this at the same time.

I have all sound off... the browser is the OOTP Browser Window. Whenever I click Sim Day/Week/Month/whatever it acts like its loading, and then it closes and the error message pops up.

320 MB of RAM
398 MHz

NVidia Riva 128/128ZX is my video card I think

Error message: OOTP6.exe has encountered a problem and needs to close. We are sorry for the inconvenience.

Seriously though I can't fix this, and its getting to be really frustrating. I started a new league thinking maybe it was just something wrong with the last, but it still doesn't work.

It seems to mess up whenever it has to save, or switch days. I had it Sim Season just to see what would happen, and an Email message came up, so I said to check it. It starts to save everything like usual, and it gives me the same error message.

So it seems like it won't save anything except when you first open/close the game.... I have no clue...

It does this in every league you open? Sounds like you may need to re-install.

Does it do it w/every league you try? Have you tried a reinstall of the game?

Well so far I've had two leagues, and it's did it with both.

Will my ID code thing work if I put it in again?

Didn't work

Still get the same error message. Could it be a problem with the roster set? Doesn't seem like it would be, but I dunno.

Try a league without using a roster set.

Alright, didn't use a roster set and it seems to work. Next thing, where can I get a current working roster set at? The one I had was literally the only one I could find (for ootp6)
