6.10 error/AB bug

This bug still exists in 6.10. When an infielder throws the ball away (error) and the runner winds up on second, the hitter is not credited with an AB.

On a similar vein, the "sacrifice fly with error" scoring is still incorrect, at least with bases loaded. Currently, the hitter gets an AB, no SF or RBI; the outfielder gets an error and the run is unearned. What should happen is:

(runners on 1st + 3rd, 2nd + 3rd, or bases loaded)
hitter gets a SF and RBI, no AB; outfielder gets an error; run is earned

(runner on 3rd)
hitter gets a SF and RBI, no AB; outfielder gets no error, run is earned
[this part may be what was fixed in 6.10... I haven't seen it yet]

Also in 6.10, in a game when the computer is managing and they have used all of their players, a pinch hitter came in for the pitcher (no DH game), but then the pitcher was able to stay in the game and the pinch hitter continued to stay in the lineup
