GUH - Players signed to minor league contracts can't go to minors

Strangely simple enough bug to fix.

During the offseason, I signed several players to minor league contracts. As expected, after the FA signing period was over and the players signed, they sat in my brand new Designated for Assignment area.

However, when I went to place my newly signed minor league contract players, I could not, as they had to be placed on waivers. Turns out these players were out of options.

I understand the concept of making players passed down to the minors pass through waivers if they're being sent down from the majors, but these players were free agents who were signed to minor league deals. They should be able to be assigned to the minors without having to pass through waivers.
