HiSTORICAL lEAGUE tROUBLE

I am creating a Historical League and it starts putting the players names when suddenly the screen turns black and the game quits. It happens with every year and stops at the same player per year (Example- in 1955 Stan Musial is the last player. In 2001 Miguel Batista every time).

Please help me.

What database are you using? What version have you selected? Are you sure its the same version as was enetered by you on the Historical League creation screen?

What version of the game are you playing?

I am using The Baseball Archive Version 4.5. I select 4.x on the screen. I am playing Season Ticket Baseball 2003.

you will run into problems if you use the 4.5 or 4 or 3 databases as anything but what they are.
and to use the 4.5 database, you'll need atleast version 1.3 of STB2k3 or OOTP4. you can find the latest version, 1.4, at ftp://ftp.infogrames.net/patches/stb2k3/ for STB2k3. you can also find a download of version 4 of the database at www.bos.ootp-leagues.com

Assuming you're fully patched you can use version 4.5 of the database... you just need to specify 4.5 as the version you are using.
