How do you create Style sheets?

The style sheet I am referring to are the ones that when you click on reports it comes up with a HTML report. Is there a tutorial on how to do this (what the colors mean,ect)? I would also like to create my own Catobase style sheet.

Any help would be great. Thanks guys.

It's mostly basic html. Here's a good place to start if you know nothing about style sheets. Other than that, I'm sure a google search will turn up some places that list all of the possible style-options available. Good luck.
