Installing the game

Recently, my computer crashed and I lost the entire OOTP4 game. When I tried to re-download the setup file from the website it installed everything ok, but when I try to run the game it says the program has performed an illegal operation. when I look at the details it says

"OOTP4 caused an invalid page fault in

I have no clue why this is coming up. I've been playing the game for a while with no problems. Is the file on the homepage corrupted? Any help would be greatly appreciated.

With the crash some non-OOTP files could have been damaged or corrupted as well. Probably need to check the directX and video drivers. Also run scandisk as well.
