The reason this happened is because you asked about the "final" patch and when it is coming out LESS THAN A WEEK after a patch just came out.

Metball, by posting things like you did you are putting pressure on and irritating the OOTP staff. Now because Steve is official he can't tell you to STFU, no matter how much you irritate him and how much he would really like to shake you and tell you that all patches are always announced as soon as anything definitive is known about them and that you need to just STFU about this subject forever.

The kittens thing emerged because this thread was unnecessary and silly to begin with. By regularly doing your impatient act, you take up board space and people's time, and you p*ss people off. (Including us beta testers, who haven't even yet identified the things that need to be adjusted based on the LAST patch!)

So, realizing that you are under the handicap of being a Mets fan and possibly suffer from Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder as well, and with no anger directed at you and with all the best will in the world, just please STFU about this forever, okay? THEY POST ALL THE PATCH NEWS JUST AS SOON AS THEY KNOW ANYTHING. Really.

That image of the guy holding the fat cat is a fake, done with Adobe Photoshop.

Have children, then periodically examine the browser history of your home computer. You find all sorts of amazing things.

If you want a laugh, check out this one out. It's a real list of things a real soldier has actually been told not to do by the U.S. Army, including such fun items as:

"Not allowed to add 'In accordance with the prophesy' to the end of answers I give to a question an officer asks me."

"'To conquer the earth with an army of flying monkeys" is a bad long term goal to give the re-enlistment NCO."
