Players Missing After Conversion
I recently just convereted a ootp5 league over to ootp. with the exception of the service years being incorrect which i knew would be incorrect from the beginning, i started to go thru and edit the players service time ,and i noticed something while i was doing the FAs.
A lot of players i ended up not editing service time for, because their names never came up in the editor. I then went to ootp6, and looked in the FA pool, and i still couldnt find them. I then went to search by player name under misc. setup, and i found every single player. It listed them as a FA, but for some reason they arent showing up in the game or the editior. And what was somewhat weird is that all or most of them all had 5 years pro service. How do i get these players back into the game? So i can edit their service time so i can get my league rolling again? Thanks. |

You can't, I have searched and searched and have found no utility to move these players back into the game. This bug isn't only caused by conversion. Players can also "dissappear" when you "Proceed to Next Season". This bug also exists in v5. IMHO, this is probably the worse bug in the game. Having players just dissappear for no reason, should be a major concern and should be fixed with an immediate update, but it keeps getting ignored.
