Searching for Catobase 6.1.3

Searching for Catobase 6.1.3, its not longer on Jeff's website.

Does anyone have this specific update available? 6.1.4 does not work for me and 6.1.2 does not work. But I missed downloading 6.1.3 while is was out. I'd like to try it before I go back to 6.0.0.
