From my observations the H2H threads contain the following points: *Start (maybe innocuous, maybe not). *Angry folks come in and rip on the game not having the feature yet though it was promised. *People pile in to say they don't think it will ever get in the game, plus they've thought that all along. *Someone tries to put up a thin defense of Markus on the programming issue. *Discussion turns into proclamations about how to run a business, how OOTP is hurting themselves, how people will spend their money otherwise in the future. If I were running things in this department, I would probably lock those threads also after putting in a note on or link to what the current official word is and an apology that the process has not worked out as planned (or perceived promised). |
