Mistake linking teams with catobase

I moved a team from one city to another, and I forgot to link them before I made the html pages in catobase. I haven't proceeded to the next season yet. Is there any way I can still make them one team instead of two?

I'm not sure. I tried linking after a few seasons had passed, but I got error messages all over the place, ultimately making me shut down the league.
