Order ID Number

Recently I have added Windows XP to my computer and have lost my order ID number needed to activate the program. I have e-mailed the licensure company about this issue, but they never got back to me. How can I go ahead and activate this program so that I can start playing it again? Thanks.

it shouldn't take that long.

I've had very good luck when I've called ViaTech. Everytime my license has been reset while I was on the phone (the last time, they even e-mailed me my licenses for OOTP4 and OOTP3 per my request).

If possible, I would try calling them. You may need to leave a message, but they should get back to you within 4 hours, at least they have in my experience.

There should also by a file called receipt.txt in your OOTP6 directory. This file will have your order ID in it.
