Why no Hit and Run on a 3-2 count with less than 2 outs?
I'm not sure why there is no hit and run option on a 3-2 count with less than 2 outs...I have seen many teams put a hit and run on with a 3-2 count with 0 outs or 1 outs, but this is not an option in the game...
