trade deadline crash

6.03 - League will not advance past July 29th, 2010 - It says "Deadline Trading" - no hard drive activity, have to crash out the game to the desktop. Is there a fix/workaround?

System is top of the line and never had any problems before this.

Same issue here, but only crashes in Manager Mode. I have a great manager and my kids are just about to go pro. AAAAAAHHHHH!

95% sure game IS NOT locked up or frozen. At this particular point in the season EVERY team is processing all types of trade offers, needs, roster moves, etc so if you:

-have other programs running
-have virus software on
-don't have much RAM
-are using an older OS

Then it may SEEM to be frozen.

How long have you waited? DO NOT believe the "windows message" that the program is not responding, etc.

Turn off ALL background programs and be patient, I'm almost certain that the program will complete what it is trying to do if you will wait.

I ignore the "not responding" message and waited... and waited... and waited... and it worked! Go figure, I have an old computer, I should've known. Thanks Steve.
