Did your league award both Rookie of the Year awards.. or did it forget one?

To be safe, double check each year - you have to have 2 rookies of the year for every season (check the league history html page). |

i had this problem too. the way i got around it was to cut and paste the award winners blurbs in the league news files (lnews.htm) from working files into the ones that were missing the info (old ootp3 imported leagues). make sure you do this to every season, especially the first. i just cut and pasted and then changed the names to those who had won and it seemed to work.

Did you schedule an Allstar game? No Allstar game will also cause league standings not to show up.

As of now, i finally got my league to generate report then i got wallmans to work correctly. I finished another season, but now ootp4 won't generate reports for the league, it generates the player pages and the league stuff but only generates 2 of the team pages. Now what do i do? (the geneating reports has always worked before, why not now?)

Not to hijack this thread, but I'll post my question here instead of starting yet another Walman help topic...

Everything is working fine, except it stopped generating individual team pages, which is one of the coolest features, since you can easily track how teams go up/down through the league's history. It stopped in 2006 (I'm in 2010 now). Is there any way to get it started again...?? Here's the error... java.sql.SQLException: [Microsoft][ODBC Driver Manager] Invalid cursor state at sun.jdbc.odbc.JdbcOdbc.createSQLException(Unknown Source) at sun.jdbc.odbc.JdbcOdbc.standardError(Unknown Source) at sun.jdbc.odbc.JdbcOdbc.SQLGetDataInteger(Unknown Source) at sun.jdbc.odbc.JdbcOdbcResultSet.getDataInteger(Unk nown Source) at sun.jdbc.odbc.JdbcOdbcResultSet.getInt(Unknown Source) at com.wollmuth.ootputility.htmlgenerator.IndTeamInde xGenerator.generate File(IndTeamIndexGenerator.java:213) at com.wollmuth.ootputility.htmlgenerator.HTMLGenerat or.run(HTMLGenerato r.java:63) |

I think someone found the problem. If you do not have any pitchers that qualified for the ERA title ( 1 IP/Team GP ) or a batter who qualified for the batting title ( 3.1 AB/Team GP ), then the team pages will blow up. I will look into this before releasing the new patch, which I have completed but have been unable to upload so far.

Just to add my 2 cents, I've played 18 seasons of a fictional league and run Wallman's utility following each season. I have never had a standings or a league leaders page generate for any of the 18 seasons. The player pages generate fine. However, I've had a player win MVP in both leagues. Unfortunately, that player spent his entire career with one team, and that team didn't change leagues. That said, it's still a fantastic utility.
