Very weird problem

I am getting this very weird problem, the background is all messed up in the game. Like there is no backing to the text. I don't think i deleted anything but here is a picture of what the game looks like.

this is also the default skin. All the other skins have the same problem

Go into the “game”(OOTP, ITP, etc) folder and open the "game config" file, toggle the 3d setting, close those things and try the game again.
