The Crash Davis Baseball League currently has one opening, the Florida Marlins .
Here is a little background on the league...

Commissioner: Michael J. Steddick
League Date: 6/16/2011
League Sim Schedule: Wed. 10pm, Sun. 11 am all times eastern
Scouts: off
OOTP version: 5

Guys if you like to do write ups and an active message board this is the league for you. We have a great set of owners and the league front office works hard to put a quality sim experience together. We are planning to move to v6 after the 2011 season.

If you are looking for a league with active owners, a lively forum, a proffesional website, and one of the best set of rules, THIS IS YOUR LEAGUE.

I have been GM of the Cleveland Indians in this league going back to August of 2001 (RT). You will find a number of GMs that have been in the league longer than me. Behind the scenes there is a leadership group that splits responsibilities so that the league commissioner does not burn out. It works very well for us, and allows us to provide advanced features that few other leagues enjoy.

The Marlins team that is currently available I would rate as an average team (talent wise) in one of the weaker divisions this season. Florida's advatage is that is has a history of winning in the CDBL (2 World Series titles in our 11 season history), so that fan interest (as of the writing of this post) is sitting at 74 and they have sold out every home game so far this season (we are just entering July).
