Weird Situation

So, I'm playing the game, (6.01) and I pinch-hit for my pitcher. Now, like always, it brings up the lineup screen so I can bring in a new pitcher. I click opponent lineup, and see what they have coming up to see which pitcher I should bring in. While in the opponent lineup card, I hit continue game, and it takes me back to the game, with the pitcher I just pinch-hit for in the game. I'm losing anyway, so I think, what the hell, I'll see what happens. Now, instead of making me sub a new pitcher in it allows me to continue play. It gets weirder. When his spot in the order comes back up again, the guy I pinch hit for him with is still in the lineup. Strange. I don't know if it's just 6.01 or if it's in 6.03, but I figured I'd let someone know about it.

This is an old issue, I have not seen it in v6 but was in v5 for awhile. I'll try to check it out.
