AI player evaluations

I know I've seen it posted here, but I can't seem to find it. What are the weights that seem to give the best results for AI talent evaluation (x% last year's stats, y% current year, z% ratings)?

If you want to keep it constant (like you're simming out 30 seasons or something), 50/10/30/10 seems to work well.

(ratings, current year, last year, two years ago)

If you want to change it month to month, I'm sure someone will be along shortly to post it.
