petera Bat Boy Join Date: Jan 2004 Posts: 1	Throwing Past First Base Situation - batter hits a ball to an infielder who throws to first. Ball goes by first basemen for an error. The hitter used to be credited with an AB and either an out or a hit. In the current version of the game the error is captured but there is no AB charged against the batter.
