Small gameplay bug
I just noticed this while playing out a game.
Runners on 1st and 2nd, 1 out. Batter hits a double, runner on first goes home, throwing error on the outfielder on the play at home. Runner scores, batter ends up on third. The game gives the batter.... 0 RBIs for the play. Even if the second run is not an RBI for the batter (since it would be the result of the error), the first one is certainly an RBI. In reality, we all know that any scorer would actually credit the batter with 2 RBIs since an outfielder making a play at home is typically a real skill play, and they don't tend to penalize the outfielder for making a wild throw to home. They'll hold the OF responsible for a runner on third going home because the throw went into a dugout, but not for making a wild throw and failing to get the man at the plate. Anyway, if this could be tweaked for the next patch I'd appreciate it.

Another small gameplay bug:
Sometimes when there's a throwing error on the infielder the batter is not credited with either a hit or an out, just a nothing - no at bat, nothing. This needs to be either a hit or an out. I just noticed this for the second time in about 20-30 games.

There are quite a few scoring bugs in relation to outfield errors.
Not only are offensive stats skewed, but pitchers are not usually properly charged with earned/unearned runs in those situations. |

Bump for the all-important "known issue."

Also,
There was a runner on third in one of my games with one out, the ball was hit to deep Right Field, and the RF dropped the ball. Now the runner on thrid would have scored anyway on the SF, but the batter did not receive and RBI, because of the Error.
