pitchers bug/glitch
i'm using 6.03 and CBL roster...two small bugs/glitches i've noticed
1)my pitcher gets injuried while pitching the last out of the lining. the pbp says he is injuried and needs to be taken out of the game, but since it's the end of the lining it doesn't take you to the "change pitcher" screen. next lining, since the game didn't force me to take my pitcher out i wanted to see if they would let him pitch, and they did. i took him out of the game after one out and after the game had to put him on the dl because he was red for 3 weeks. 2)opposite pitcher is pitching and the pbp says he is injuried. but since all the other relievers on the team are tired the computer keeps him in. when i look at his player screen, his history says he'll be red for 5 weeks. now these glitches seem rather small and dont really take anything away from the game. i just wanted to let yous know and junk. sorry if this is a repost. my bad david |

I know these are problems, but in one sense I don't think it's a bad thing.
How often do pitchers hurt themselves, stay in for an inning or so, and then come out of the game? A lot of times these guys then have to miss a few weeks (possibly because they pitched through the injury). In a roundabout way, it can make OOTP more realistic. I dunno if it's intentional or not. |
