Current year draft choice goes rule V?

Ok, so we just finished our 1st draft in v6, and I look at who is rule V eligible, and at least 1 player chosen in this years draft is rule V eligible. So apparently the ammy players generated in v5 have there years of service screwed up too.

That's correct. There is an issue with draftees being given incorrect service time (in some cases up to 5 years) when they enter the league. It's being looked into.
