Power Ranking bug?

I guess its a bug, lets see if i can explain it, It should be easy to duplicate,

in an online league (doesn't seem to happen in solo) after you run the HTML reports the power ranking screen IN-GAME no longer uses the style sheet. the website report power ranking works fine its just in-game

I had a friend check this out on his machine with a different league and he duplicated it

Yeah, that's always happened to me, but I never thought to report it.

we found it awhile ago, just never got around to reporting it untill i looked at the in-game report today. I did a search and nobody else had reported it, I was kinda suprised

I've seen this in my solo leagues at time, but it works correctly for the almanacs which are the only things I keep so I've not paid it much attention. There does seem to be some system to when it occurs, like only before the first week of games end and after the regular season, but like I said, I haven't looked at it closely enough to develop an accurate listing of when it occurs in my leagues.
