6.03 crash problem

I have windows xp and have been running ootp6 for a while now with no problems. I downloaded and installed the 6.03 patch and now when I try to start the program it crashes and says "OOTP6 has encountered a problem and needs to close." Any ideas?

Sounds like you didn't install the patch in the OOTP6 folder where the original game file is.

I installed it in c

rogramfiles/outoftheparkdevelopments/ootp6 which is where I have the game installed. Should I be installing it somewhere else? Any other ideas?

You need to make sure when the game opens that the title bar says 6.03.

That's the thing. The game isn't even opening. I start it through the start menu and it pops up with the window that says "OOTP6.exe has encountered a problem and needs to close. We are sorry for the inconvenience." I tried downloading the patch again and reinstalling it, in case it was a bad download, and still no luck.

Can anyone hook me up with their ootp6.exe file that has the patch installed already? Maybe that will work.
