Trade offers via FTP or something

I would like to see trade offers be able to be sent via FTP or something like that. I would like to go into the games trade offer screen and propse a trade there and have the teams owner recieve that offer by email without me actually writing the email. Its tough to explain in text but I hope you all get what I am trying to say.

I would like to request trade offers from other teams for positions I want to improve. Then teams with depth at the position could offer the player for cash or player(s).
