I purchased 00tp6 online and when I was finished doing that you'd think it would be easy. Shouldn't you just have to click on "download ootp6" and go from there ? What is all this first mirror, second mirror, earopean server crap ? It seems that EVERYTIME I purchase a new version of ootp two things always happen. A...there is always bugs/errors out the ass for the first several months. Why not get it right and THEN sale it to us instead of making us find the bugs for you guys ? This is so irritating. B... it seems difficult to even download the dang game. Why can't there be ONE button to click on in order to download the game ? oh and trying to find the problem in the questions section on the website ? hahaaa noway...there are most likely over 500 questions about product problems. The only two things that save me as a purchaser is the product (after the BS bugs for several months) is that damm good and they always seem to answer the questions with great speed. Question: When I try to open my setup file I get this message... Could not initialize installation...file size expected 25086722 size returned 4523296.

My guess would be that it is seeing a file smaller than expected, likely because you got a bad and/or incomplete download. Try downloading again, making sure it completes properly.

The multiple downlaods options are different sites to download from, precisely because of the problem you ran into. Not all sites are reliable in different parts of the world and/or country or different times of the day.

Choose a different website and download again.

GMO..... I downloaded the entire game without interuption from the ootp site.

Henry...I downloaded the game from the ootp site and if this site can't give a realiable download then who can. I have deleted the exe file several times and downloaded it again and again with no success.

Question still unanswered...

Are you using AOL to d/l? If so you need to get http://www.getright.com and use that to d/l from now on.

The file you downloaded, when you view the properties is it 23.8MB (or ~25,000,000 bytes)? If not, for some reason the download did not complete.
