Moving to another city....?

I'm wondering what happens to team attendance and revenue when it moves from one market to another. Currently I'm the sole owner of a slightly above average market but I'm considering moving to NYC which already has a Mets team and a Yankees team in Brooklyn. My fan interest is great (80/100). Would the market be split three ways if there are three teams? Acctually I kinda just need a basic primer from moving from one city to another.

If you're talking in just OOTP terms, the game doesn't do anything. My guess is that in MLB moving another team to NYC wouldn't impact the Mets and Yankees much at all since NYC is so big.
