Question about the ORG Utility

I have seen alot of threads about this utility and how "cool" it is but I can't seem to find any threads on WHAT it is. The zip file has no readme and all the download links have no explanations. can someone explain to me what this utility does?

It exports information from the game's data files into CSVs (or other formats). These formats are readable by external programs so people can create utilities/reports/etc off of them.

Man I knew this would happen. I have never been to a community where people got blasted so much. The search screen would not let me issue a search for "plg" or "org" because it said it had to be at least 4 characters long. Like I said before, I looked for a very long time and found lots of threads that addressed technical issues but couldn't find any on the content of the utility. I simply asked for some friendly help and instead I get blasted! Have you ever asked a question before because you were new to something?

Jag2k2, I apologize for some of the rudeness you may see on this board. I am frankly sick and tired of seeing people get shredded for asking what other people consider to be a stupid question. Even if it were a stupid question, the proper response would be no response at all. Don't give up however, there are plenty of people here who have patience and are willing to help you.

EDIT- The readme file will show up after you run the install. I had a hard time finding it the first time as well, but I noticed it after I ran the install

Yep, you're right. I had the same thing happen to me when I wanted to search a post and the only words I new to search with were 3 characters long. Sorry you got hammered....

Quick tip: you can search for a 3 character long word, by just adding a * at the end of the word.. I used this to search for PE2 the other day.
